I see tons of differing opinions on foods, except it’s really hard to find someone who active dislikes cheese. Sure lots of people (myself included) can’t eat it due to intolerance or allergies, but I always hear a lot of people saying that becoming lactose intolerant is one of their worst fears, since they love cheese so much.

I’m in a wonderful sub about improvised dishes and most of them contain cheese as a comfort food in some way or another.

I just saw someone saying they give a slice of cheese to their toddler so they can put their shoes on in peace (loved it btw)

If I were to guess I’d say it’s probably the fat in it that makes it delicious, but low fat cheese is still pretty good, and we have plenty of other fatty options.

So I want to understand why do we crave cheese so much
