Fan-made new Galaxy Gal Uber
Okay, so I wanted one of the Ubers in this series to be based on my ethnicity, which is Moroccan. So I chose Galaxy Gal. Tiziri is an Amazigh name, and she is meant to be a stereotypical Arab transfer student from the Sahara. Please keep in mind that if you are offended by this, it was made by me, an Arab guy. She is able to control liquids.

First form: $3990, since most premium tea cost about 39-40€ per kilo.
She is meant to be a backline crowd controller, similar to Vigler. Instead of freezing, she slows enemies more effectively. She attacks every 6 seconds and inflicts slow for 5 seconds. This lets her stall enemies like Cyclones, Bunbuns, Black Boar, and even Soractes almost indefinitely.
She can still be vulnerable to rushers like Brollow. That is why she has waves, to slow down those woodpeckers and other annoying peons.
Her attack power should stay modest, around 4 to 5k DPS. Any higher would make her too overpowered.
Her original base color was supposed to be blue, to represent Chefchaouen, the blue city in Morocco. However, since the last Galaxy Gal was already blue and blue is the most commonly used color in the gacha set, we decided to look for other options. We finally settled on green, as it was the least used.
