What exactly is this batch and how and when can people participate in it and what are the eligibility criteria?

Can you give any subject's exam again in the next odd/even semester even if you passed the subject but are unhappy with the garde point? And if yes then what is the procedure and do we get an updated marksheet and is it reflected in the updated marksheet that you reappeared?
