Hey everyone, maybe this is an odd question but I don’t know what to do. Last night I put on my boyfriend’s t-shirt to sleep in, then today my nipples slowly felt irritated and sore. I took the T-shirt off and put on a different one, but now my nipples are red and have little shiny spots like they were rubbed raw. I put charlotte tilbury magic cream moisturizer on them thinking that would help soothe them but that just stung really bad so I rinsed with warm water. Now I’m just sitting under a soft blanket topless because of the pain. Is this just irritation? Does anyone know how to fix them?
