I’m petting him very very gently, and touching there makes him visibly flinch. I can feel a small bump there, but it feels like muscle (he was tested in the past few months for a couple fatty lumps so it could be that too)

I wonder if he maybe strained a muscle, or could it be more serious? Appreciate any help, thanks!
