I’ve had a ticking/clicking/creaking type sound coming from what feels like the bottom bracket area on my single.

The sound:
- gets louder when climbing uphill
- happens under heavy pedal pressure
- still happens while standing and pedaling hard
- doesn’t really happen during easy spinning
- sounds like it’s coming from the BB/crank area

Edit: one important detail: my bottom bracket was recently replaced, but the sound was present both before and after the replacement.

The noise originally started after a bike shop replaced my freewheel with the exact same model freewheel.
