Went from 82Kg to 95Kg after starting diet
I'm 25yo and i have been sedentary for most of my life, always in front of my pc for gaming, chatting and studying, without any attention to what i eat or drink and a total lack of greens in my diet, i always weighted around 80-82kg (about 10kg over my bmi)
Last year i started improving my diet, switching drinks and alcohol with water and tea, i limited my meat consumption to once a week for red meat and 3 times a week for chicken and fish, started eating beans and greens regularly, used a lot less oil in everything and stopped eating fast food, and my weight somehow increased to 85-87kg.
Out of options i forced myself to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, and after a couple months my weight is still increasing, I'm currently 93-95kg, friends tell me that is normal when building muscles but i feel like I'm getting fatter over time.
I really don't know what i am doing wrong but the lack of results is really frustrating after all the things i had to stop doing
