I had applied for my B1/B2 visa last year and had my appointment scheduled for May 2026. Within that time period I got accepted into a uni in US and need to apply for my F1.

Since the embassy in UAE is closed, I'll be applying from India, but when I created an account they say my passport is already linked to another account (presumably the UAE account). What can I do in order to go ahead with my India application and should I cancel my B1/B2 to apply for the F1? Thanks!
