iwtl :How to improve verbal fluency and structure thoughts at 14?
Hi everyone, I’m 14 and I’m working on my communication skills. I’ve been practicing difficult tongue twisters (like "Liguria" in Russian) to improve my articulation, but I still struggle with "mental lag" during real-time conversations.
Often, I know exactly what I want to say, but my thoughts come out messy and unstructured. I want to learn how to formulate my ideas clearly and effectively on the fly.
What exercises or habits helped you the most to bridge the gap between "thinking" and "speaking clearly"? Any advice for someone my age? Thanks!
