On 30% discount, the Huggies "Essentials" end up about 26c each (Size 2) or 27c each (Size 3). That's still five cents more than the major supermarket's home brands, which are all pegged at 21c each. Are these budget Huggies any better than say CUB/Mamia/Little One's ?
