I have an RTX 5070 Ti, and while playing, the FPS suddenly drops. Looking at the graphics card stats, I don't know why, but when this happens, the power consumption, MHz, and usage percentage also drop. Even after closing the game, the PC remains slow. This is only temporarily fixed by restarting the PC and restarting the graphics drivers with Shift+Ctrl+Win+B, but the problem returns after a while.
