I have a creature that says, when one or more +1/+1 counter is put on this creature, do X. And I have a spell that says, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. Then double the number of +1/+1 counters on that creature.

So my question is, does that count as two triggers because it's two separate sentences, or is it a single trigger because it's one spell and counts as "one or more"?
