I walked into this fight after barely surviving Abyssal Scar. Used the Child’s watch and even respawned at the Reconstructor. I walked into this fight with no prior guide or video, thinking I was cooked, especially with my shit malfunctions. The moment I saw that orb that revealed this dude’s pimples/boils, my experience with Resident Evil games came handy. This boss looked the most intimidating but ended up being so disappointingly easily compared to everything else I faced in this game. The difficulty of this game really dips after biome 3 (Excluding the mini-bosses that are significantly tougher than these big guys). Defeated Hyperion on my first try as well, but that felt more like a proper boss fight than this pimple popping🤦🏻♂️.
But this game is honestly great. I cannot believe the number of times I bounced off this game before it finally clicked.
