What are your signs of a PT mill?
I’m making a discussion with our director soon about how our small business (5 location) is quickly turning into a mill. It used to be family friendly but now the norm is 18-24 a day with lunch break meetings. A whole location did a changing of guards after being here for years due to this. Give me your top 3 red flags!
