(Spoilers Extended) Why didn't Robert/Stannis name any of their children in honor of their parents?
It's been awhile since I read the books, so I can't recall if this is mentioned anywhere in the text, but I find it odd that Robert and Stannis never named any of their children after their parents when from what we know of them, they seemed like good people who both brothers loved very much.
Did they just let their wives dictate the naming of their children? Or is there a more thematic reasoning for this?
