Hello everyone,

Last year I bought Hisense TV 75E7NQ Pro and yesterday I bought AX5140Q sound system. Long story short, I am unable to "activate" Hi-Concerto - the only thing that stopped me from buying Sony audio system.

Did anyone manage to get it working? My SW in TV is latest OTA update: P0930, however there is no option where to enable the Hi-Concerto.

The soundbar is plugged in ARC HDMI, the HDMI cable is the original one, CEC is ON. 5.1.4 works, but the Hi-Concerto do not.

Any idea how to make it work? I tried the official support but they said "They could not verify whether the SW already contains Hi-Concerto feature" (yeah what a joke)
