Anyone with low gpu power usage on win 10 - you're not crazy
This confirms the low gpu power usage resulting in lower fps bug still exists on windows 10. So if you've also been having the similar issue, you're not imagining it. There was someone else on the discord who also had the same issue on windows 10.
Hopefully a fix comes soon as I personally have 5 months extra with win10 due to extended security updates and don't want to update to win11 early just for ac shadows.
