Woke up last week feeling not pregnant one day but kept going about life as usual
Two days ago started having spotting and cramping finally went to ER
Hcg is too low for where I should be (9 weeks and only 9000) and ultrasound shows gestation sac and fetal pole but no heart rate
They told me I’ll probably miscarry any day now but I still haven’t started bleeding

Feeling so fucking heartbroken and confused
