I have had it in my medicine cabinet for months to afraid to take it, but I really need to take something for the pain/anxiety I have.. so just wondering if anyone can tell me their experience of the first few days on it for them? Also, when do you guys take it? In the morning or night ? Wondering if it causes insomnia I don’t sleep good rn don’t want to make it worse lol ? Thank you so much
