Why don't lawyers take up such cases automatically?
This is a clear case of hooliganism by the video recording guy and the aunty who are not only beating the guy up but are openly challenging the constitution and saying - this is right.
Why don't some lawyers take it up and throw sc st act , goonda act and other applicable acts ?
Isn't this good for lawyer careers as well?
Yes the guard also allegedly committed a crime before this .But an fir was filed on him for it na ..what about the crime by this lady then?
