Hey guys, is the t-shuffle test a good indication that graft is good and strong? I did it in 11 seconds. Just wondering if this is one of the best metrics for challenging knee stability prior to returning to sport?
I usually do a lot of shitting on Gen Z for their prioritising of phones over experience at live music, but man, the Gen Z crew at Sydney were absolutely amazing. They were absolutely losing themselves to each track, especially Around the Fur, and genuinely connecting with the moment without the distractions of phones. Was epic to see!
