PERM PD is December 2024.

I have been asking my lawyer for status update over the past few weeks. She has not responded for over a month and told me that my PERM is approved today. But the actual approval date was more than a month ago. I’m upset at the lawyer.

She advised against concurrent filing and told me that I should be grateful that the company is even doing this for me. When I ask her for clarification questions she does not answer them clearly.

What would be the real downside of filing concurrent filing for I-485 and I-140?
