I live in NJ and had obtained a TRO, which was dismissed. NJ law says as the victim I'm supposed be notified within 10 days of the gun being returned, but the prosecutor's office never notified me. What am I supposed to do here?

Location: New Jesey

Most advice says the roots/eyes should be planted closer to the surface, but my best growing one is actually fairly deep in the ground and under some mulch. Have any of you also experienced this or is it just a fluke?
