I read this book most likely between 2003-2005. It was about a teen who ended up pregnant and moved in with her boyfriend who was also a twin. I remember she mentions that the twin brother had a lazy eye. Her boyfriend ended up being abusive. I believe there was also a younger sibling and they lived on a farm and were of lower income. Other than that I can’t remember much else. I’m not positive, but the title may have “barefoot” or something similar in it but I could be wrong.
