Hi guys, I recently registered for Flipkart Axis credit card through Flipkart application. They mentioned that there is no joining fee and on arrival I will 500₹ worth of Flipkart and Cleartrip voucher. Yesterday I noticed that they have charged me 500 + 90 GST as joining fee. I contacted customer service and they said they can’t do anything on that and created a ticket which says they respond back to me within 15 working days. They charged me 590 and also didn’t give me any vouchers or giftcards.

I can’t find any email to raise complaint - even in their site, email function is not working. Need your help on this.
