I’m planning a solo trip towards the end of May (3–5 days max) from Delhi NCR and looking for some offbeat/less crowded suggestions.
I’m not really into the typical touristy spots—would love recommendations for hidden gems (hill towns, small cities, coastal spots, anywhere really) that are good this time of year.
Main things I’m looking for:
Safe and comfortable for a solo traveler (24M)
Social vibe — places where it’s easy to meet new people (hostels, cafés, local scenes, etc.)
Great local food + culture
Some exploring (nature, walks, chill activities) without feeling isolated
Open to mountains, beaches, or even underrated cities—just want a good mix of experiences and people.
Would really appreciate any suggestions, itineraries, or even specific hostel/area recommendations!
