I saw a MTA Maryland bus and a NYC bus on a highway close to the Illinois and Wisconsin border.

Is there some kind of transit bus equipment exchange lot or something in the Midwest?

I was truly shocked when I saw the Maryland bus then 15 minutes late I saw a NYC bus and I'm like..... wait a minute here....
