VA website shows an open claim (Mar 18, Step 1) and closed claim (Mar 20, Step 5). States decision letter is available for download.

My rating hasn't changed since I first got it in 2021, and I haven't filed any additional claims. Last claim letter in my online file is from JAN 2022 with the updated VA payment schedule only.

Any idea what's happening here?

ETA: We figured it out! "Claim for Authorization Review" = bunch of medical records sent to the VA (by community care provider, in this case).
