Hey guys,
In the last 6 months I’ve had 2 sanctioned martial arts fights, both of which I lost due to fear, freezing and performance anxiety. In the gym and sparring I’m great, but when it gets to the fight itself I freeze and get scared when I step in the ring.
Is there any way to shift from flight/freeze to fight? Or how can I better manage this fear? I’m also diagnosed with ADHD. Thank you very much!
