I was looking into the parental leave options and found it very difficult to understand but in what I was able to deduce from partner net is that it’s done through a 3 rd party company which makes no fucking sense at all and then my main question is WHY DO I ONLY GET 66% OF MY BASE PAY WHILE MANAGERS GET 100% AND ITS ONLY 2 WEEKS PAID WTF HEB WHAT HAPPENED TO HEART FOR PEOPLE

Also not to mention the quarterly bonuses

But don’t worry guys we $100 every Christmas so it even outs right
