Apparently they are stating as part of the settlement agreement WP also gave up their rights to appeal the NYT case and therefore are asking the court to enter judgement. So they can recoup their fees
I hadnt considered that forfeiting the appeals also included NYT. I wonder will the JB stans continue to call this a win

Thanks to Sufficient Tower , a thought came to me. I was getting annoyed by the uptick in post after post in the bad place and online where it is all negative about Blake. The hate seems to have stepped up, it seems to be more vitriolic and then i had chance to pause and think.

The TAG aiding and abetting claims are full steam ahead for trial. Melissa Nathans testimony will be key as she is a main player. She said under oath that she doea not use social media and knows very little about it . As we can see from this interaction she is instructing JB on how to view a story under a fake account , proving yet again that Melissa isnt exactly truthful.

As I read through the unsealed evidence , i found these pages very useful. It shows a number of accounts commenting on Blake's haircare range , not only repeating the "bully , mean girl, plantation " talking points but also showing the inauthentic activity.
Accounts with no followers or posts , suddenly talking about how terrible Blake is and directly referencing Justin and the movie.
