Had a look but can’t find anything and support are useless. Few days ago my map completely disappeared and every time I remap the map fails to save. Every time I want to use the vacuum I have to remap the entire ground floor let it clean and then the map disappears …

Tried factory reset, reboot, moved base station, deleted eufy account and started again. Feel like I’ve just got a dud now that’s more hassle than it’s worth. Any advice?
