What are the plans for today. Is Sunday a day of rest for you? Or is sunday a day to workout ? Should sundays be for rest or working out ?

I’ve been seeing a lot of people on here asking how to start working out, lose weight, or just stay consistent, especially with summer coming up.

I’m a trainer and I’ve been helping people with simple workout plans and basic nutrition guidance that actually works without overcomplicating everything.

Right now I’m putting together a small group for a 30-day “summer shred” type program — nothing crazy, just something structured to help people get results and stay consistent.

If you’ve been struggling with where to start, what workouts to do, or just staying on track, feel free to comment or message me. I don’t mind helping point you in the right direction either way.

This is a great subreddit here! I wanted to talk to more people and find out what they found out were the best leads for online sessions!
