Need help with my upper day
I am relatively new to the gym and I need some help fixing/adjusting my upper day. Any suggestions are welcome.
Bench press - 3 sets of 8
Incline dumbbell curls - 2 sets till failure
Tricep pushbacks - 3 sets of 8
Overhead press - 2 sets till failure
Lateral raises - 3 sets of 8
Dumbbell rows - 3 sets of 8
Crunches - 3 sets of 20
Pull ups - 3 sets
