Ive been trying to get motivation
I started exercising consistently last year June but since like Feb I have been feeling unmotivated I still try to work out sometimes and I still measure my food. I mostly try to take care of my health as best as I can but it’s been hard lately. I’m mostly looking for people in my area who want to walk atleast 2-3 times a week I feel like that would be a good start basically an accountability partner. What measures have y’all taken to continue working out?
