Do these 2 cardinals have neon tetra disease? and I should euthanize them to stop from spreading or just let them live out their lives here.

Other than bobbing when they swim, and occasionally isolating itself, they seem to be eating and behaving normally. I put one through a 2 week fin and body cure treatment and havent seen much of a difference. I also thought they had some kind of parasite so ive been feeding all of them api general cure just in case and I think its had some positive effect.
