Hi! I have a semi-formal wedding in August and a formal wedding in December. I was considering the first 2 for the semi-formal, and the last 3 for the formal & would love some second opinions! Thank you!

I have my bachelor’s in psyc, and have been working at a mental health facility for almost 3 years now and am about to turn 25. There’s no opportunities for upward movement, but I have gotten raises pretty consistently every year 1-3 times a year. I currently make 31$ an hour. I feel for the most part content with my work, I do paperwork, cleaning, and occasionally have to deal with an emergency situation that can be stressful but thankfully they’re not very common. I also have a lot of down time which I really enjoy. Mental health work used to be my passion and my original goal was to get a few years experience before applying to grad school to become a therapist. Now I realize it’s not for me.
I’ve tried applying to office positions, I think ideally I would like an office administrator position or something similar, as I enjoy the paperwork and general office up-keep work I do at my current job.
Is it worth changing jobs? I would have to start all over again and at a lower pay rate. Also, i’m not sure what upward movement an office administrator job would really offer, if any.
I think I just feel like I should be advancing and doing more. I had a period a year & a half ago where I was applying for about 4 months consistently and getting nothing. Then I tried again about half a year ago, still no luck. I got a few interviews but none went anywhere. It seems extremely hard to pivot careers in this job market. I even had no luck getting jobs in my current field.
I tried doing two different online courses for data analytics but only got about a quarter of the way through both before deciding it was not my thing.
I like my job for the most part but I guess I just feel for 25 years old I should be doing more, making more, etc. Also, I don’t know if I want to be 40 years old doing this same job.
