Is there a stated reason why these Fera don't breed normally? Corax intentionally create new Shifters, but can never undergo a First Change otherwise, and Ratkin(deserve a better name) infect Kinfolk with the Birthing Plauge. One has no Auspices and the other has....not quite Auspices? I can't tell if Aspects are Lunar or just cultural. Is that the difference?
