Over the years we have grown together and watched each other get older. We've embarked on new paths and adventures with one another. I can't help but feel right now in this moment that I miss you and the way our life used to be before it all changed and gained this new added dynamic. You are so busy and tired all the time now It breaks my heart, and I'm just the same. Out of my desperation for you sometimes I think about going out and making something new happen in my life, but I come back to earth and realize that all I need to do is wait, and you'll return to me when your ready. If I feel lonesome in my life, I feel it for you. You are my best friend, my heart. You are the reason why I soldier on when I feel like there's nothing for me and no reason to keep going.
