I am joining Sprinklr as a product engineering intern this summer. I have heard that word life balance has gotten better, but can someone suggest things to learn beforehand or any tips on how to work there so I can get the PPO? has the wlb actually improved
Got my offer for Amazon SDE 6-month intern (July-Dec 2026, India) but I have a issue with the start date.
My college won't issue the NOC before July 31st, so the earliest I can join is August 1st. The survey they sent me only has start date options of July 6th, July 13th, and July 20th none of which work for me.
I've already emailed my recruiter explaining the situation and she said they'll adjust based on the NOC. But I'm still a bit worried since the survey doesn't have an August option at all.
Has anyone successfully pushed their Amazon intern start date by a couple of weeks? Do they usually accommodate stuff like this or is there a risk of the offer being affected? Just want to make sure I'm not overthinking this.
