My cousin who taught me how to ride dirt bikes , also a very strong father like figure in my life. (I grew up without a father)
He passed away in a motorcycle accident in August of 2020 my senior year of highschool. When I graduated I was supposed to move in with him. We had a whole plan.
Kota’s stomach flipped and he had to be put down. Dan messaged me and told me about kota.. I didn’t know how to respond.. I never did thinking we’d take time to process and come back to talk (forgot to mention 15 hour drive between us)
Well I never responded and not even a week later my cousin was killed by a truck running a stop sign.
I feel so guilty for never responding back. I can sense he’s with me I think. But is there anything he wants to say?
