i'm doing a case study for class, and i'm really curious about what other people's experiences have been like with the store.
personally, it used to feel like an experience of discovering clothes and styles, kind of premium as well. these days it feels more like a department store -- cluttered, cramped, and somewhat soulless? but maybe that's just because there are more people now.
i can't put my finger on it. i dunno, what do you think should even be improved in the store in terms of your experience of being there?
