Upsolve is a Scam
Upsolve forces you to pay $60 to take the credit counseling course. Those courses are available for less that $28 online. They have a $20 option that is not really an option. I tried using it and it grayed out the button so I couldn't choose it. Also, if you do not have an income due to being laid off or your monthly bills exceed your income, they won't even let you use the service. That's mostly what bankruptcy is for. Why do they deny you? Because they are a so-called non-profit and they are supposed to be a free service if you don't have income. They created a roadblock in the application process to deny their service to you once they know you don't meet the income requirement for them to overcharge you for their credit counseling course.
