First rec league game coming up next week. This will be my first foray in hockey in ages. Ive been doing LTS and LTP and stick and puck but this will be the first game in a very long time.
Any tips? We are in the bottom division.

It is just the ASHL 101 program, I think the 4th session we've had...but I was awful.
Couldn't skate well, kept falling. Passes were off, drills were pathetic. Shots off target. The only good thing was my cardio.
During LTS and stick and puck I was making progress. The last few ASHL 101 were way better.
I tried. I did skate faster, my positioning was better. The execution I think was terrible.
I will keep practicing. I won't quit. It was an off day. It happens. Next time will be better.
