How do you lock in ?

I’ve definitely improved on my study habits and reducing my screen time and less lazy days. But I still find myself scrolling here and there and I want to end it because I always feel worse than if I don’t. And I know that but I continue to do it. When I should be doing more productive things. How can I fully lock in. To achieve what I want. How can I feel committed to lifting every day of my schedule. How can I go to sleep without looking at my phone before I sleep. How did you do it. What advice do you have to succeed.

23m 5’9 160lbs. Need advice on where to start

So as said I’m 5’9 and 160 lbs. I lifted 4 times a week from October to January and got sick and overwhelmed with some school workand lost momentum. I got to 160lbs and now I kind of lost my frame and I’m skinny fat again. I have a bit of a belly and love handles as well as some fat on my inner thigh and butt. But u can also see my ribcage and have bicep and leg veins. So im not super fat either its just in certain areas. How do I go about fixing this and getting back on track to stay in this weight range of 150-160lbs being around 13-15% bf. I know it takes a lot of effort and im willing to put in the time. Any advice and suggestions is appreciated
