I’m a 53-year-old man living in the UK.
I’m six foot five, lean, with blue-green eyes and a shaved head. I’m calm, grounded and approachable. My voice is warm, empathic, and I hope to use it professionally in time to come.
I’m emotionally intelligent, spiritual, and introspective. I value self-awareness, and I’m always looking to understand life and love on a deeper level. I’ve walked into and through grief, healing, shadow and growth. Authenticity matters to me, for myself and those in my circle.

I work a demanding job, but I always make time for the things that nourish me: meditation, prayer, exploring life’s big questions, strength training, long walks, awe under the stars, silence, presence, good books, laughing with friends until my face hurts, and having unfiltered, real conversations.
