How did Isagi name the TGV?

When I first read through Blue Lock, I had fully thought that Rin named the TGV. “An ambidextrous direct…” seems like an incomplete thought and I thought that the black bold text in TGV was finishing that thought, since Rin’s statement was directly before it.

I’m aware that only Isagi is featured on the panel where the shot is named, but I had always thought that the bold black text is a direct continuation of who spoke previously, regardless of who’s featured on the panel (three additional examples of this attached - I was really fairly certain that this is how it worked) but in spite of all this, I’ve just been made aware that most readers have a consensus that Isagi named the shot, with anyone who says otherwise being “Rin glazers” or being “illiterate”. Entire threads are dedicated to trashing the people who think this.

Am I wrong about how the bold black text is supposed to function? Is this some kind of exception for some reason? What am I missing? I’m starting to think I’ve read this whole damn manga wrong.
