Management needs a better way to handle heavy item distribution. Right now, they just pull the heavy stuff from people with accommodations and pass it to the next person in the path. It’s not sustainable to have a handful of pickers doing 100% of the heavy lifting just to balance the books. They’re going to end up with even more people on accommodation if they keep overloading the 'healthy' pickers.
