Messed up the build on this and turned it into part of the piece
In my head hes taken a heavy bolt type shot down the centre of the bike and its dinged off his armour? Idk if it reads like that

Wanted to share my take on what I thought a Flesh Tearers Sanguinary Guard would be like

Had a blast with this, super stoked to be getting back into this hobby - any CC super welcome
So I've just bought the Blood Angels combat patrol (i dont mind the sang guard models) with the idea of starting a Flesh Tearers army. While looking through the sprues I noticed all the pauldrons with the Blood Angels symbol in plastic and was wondering something - would it be strange/contradict the lore to use one of these while having the Flesh Tearers symbol on the other pauldron?
I get that in 40k the Blood Angels are a chapter like any other but all the successor chapters technically come from them as they were when they were the legion so I didn't know if it was conflicting to show allegiance to both now that its all split down into chapters?
Im aware I can just do whatever but id like to keep it accurate where possible
