I have always been a worrisome and anxious people person. I get worried of new experiences like jobs and other tasks. I hate jumping through hurdles of life like school.
There is a joke from 'The Watchmen' that I find myself relating a lot to:
> "Heard joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says, 'Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up.' Man bursts into tears. Says, 'But doctor... I am Pagliacci.'
Do you have any mental tips I can do to remind myself? I started to understand why people put supportive messages on their phone or tattoos, just to remind themselves.
